Was a bit hesitant since it’s a little pricey. It’s my 2nd Backjoy actually. Gave the old one (smaller) to my daughter, who finds it a great relief to her back pain.

The product is true to its promise of improving my posture. I usually slouch or hunch my back when I sit. With the Posture Core, my sitting posture is corrected. When I sit properly with it, I not only feel but my back really straightens. It is not straining on my back. I noticed that even without it, I can sit up straight! Been eyeing on this product for almost 2 years and luckily I got it in discount price. So happy i already have one!! I've been suffering intermittently from a bad back for the past couple of years. But this recent pandemic and its surfeit of online meetings, webinars, and (yeah) even Netflix, has further wreaked havoc on my back and posture. The pain became incessant, that I couldn't sit for long at my desk. And one of my biggest struggles was getting out of the car after prolonged sitting/travel.
I've self-medicated with analgesics and muscle relaxants, commenced with yoga, and consulted a Rehab Med doctor who recommended physical therapy three times a week. I've researched on proper sitting and posture, which led me to discovering BackJoy. A couple of friends who've been using BackJoy for years also endorsed its value for money.
I could say the results are instantaneous--I am able to alight from the car with ease! I am also able to sit at my desk for a longer time without my back hurting. I have since then stopped taking rescue pain medications, and my PT sessions have decreased in frequency to just once a week. I've continued with yoga, and discovered that I can even incorporate BackJoy into some of the exercises.
